Having served as a Title IX Coordinator and Equal Opportunity Director on a college campus, Kari brings real-world perspective to her work. She has extensive experience with training, case management, policy development and implementation, and navigating the numerous challenges associated with Title IX within the higher education setting. Kari prides herself on being a problem-solver, a deep listener, and an excellent communicator.

Trainings
Kari offers Title IX and non-discrimination training designed to support institutions’ needs and comply with legal obligations. She conducts specialized trainings for investigators, Title IX coordinators and deputies, hearing and adjudication panel members, appeal officers, first responders, confidential resources, and others. Kari works in partnership to design training content in a way that resonates with specific campus audiences while meeting necessary legal requirements.
Advising and Mentoring
Kari advises clients on compliance and practice questions relating to Title IX and non-discrimination policies, procedures, case management, prevention, case consultation, and more. Kari focuses on assisting clients in finding solutions that fit with their unique campus community and values. Kari also provides ongoing mentorship or coaching for specific positions.
Interim Roles
Kari is available to serve on an interim basis in various roles at education institutions, including Title IX coordinator, deputy coordinator, equal opportunity officers, and others. Kari aims to work seamlessly with institutions in delivering professional and expert interim services.
