2024 Title IX Regulations Policy Assistance

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights released its 2024 Title IX Regulations with an implementation deadline of August 1, 2024. We know institutions have different needs when it comes to updating existing policies and implementing changes, and are offering two service options:

1: Policy Assessment and Discussion – Ballast will review existing Title IX/sexual misconduct policies to identify potential revisions in light of the new regulations. Ballast will lead institutional partners through a two-hour discussion on key decision-points and areas to consider when addressing the finalized regulations. This option is best suited for institutions with professionals who want to update their own policies and practices after receiving higher-level guidance and input. This option is available for a $2000 flat fee.

2: Ballast Policy Revisions – Ballast will revise existing Title IX/sexual misconduct policies to ensure alignment with the new regulations and make additional changes in consultation with institutional partners. Throughout the process, Ballast will identify and consult on key institutional decision-points. This option is best for institutions who want external professionals taking the lead on drafting and revisions. This option is billed hourly and cost depends on existing policy and changes needed.

Email [email protected] to begin the conversation about how Ballast can help incorporate these time-sensitive revisions to your policy before the August 1, 2024 implementation deadline.
